Every Maison Nuvare fragrance is presented as a refined perfume oil, designed to sit softly on the skin and develop gradually throughout the day. The blend allows each fragrance to reveal its character with warmth and depth, creating a scent that feels smooth, balanced and long-lasting.

Shipping

At Maison Nuvaire, we take great care to ensure your order is prepared with precision and dispatched in a timely manner. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days from our fulfilment centre.

Our standard delivery service is provided via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2–4 working days. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Maison Nuvaire offers a 14‑day return period from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For perfume oil roll‑on bottles, the seal must remain intact and the bottle must show no signs of use or tampering.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maisonnuvare.com. If your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
