Maison Nuvare offers a 14‑day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are perfume oil roll‑on bottles, the seal must remain intact and the bottle must show no signs of use or tampering.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non‑returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (unless they arrived damaged)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

These items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
