Returns

Maison Nuvare offers a 14‑day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are perfume oil roll‑on bottles, the seal must remain intact and the bottle must show no signs of use or tampering.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

To start a return, please contact us at info@maisonnuvare.com.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non‑returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (unless they arrived damaged)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

These items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Perfect for after the gym

Summit smells very similar to my Sauvage fragrance. It's fresh, strong and lasts well throughout the day. The roll-on bottle is really convenient too espeically the 10ml. I've already added it to my gym bag so I can frshen up after workouts.

Great everyday office fragrance

Ive been using Avantis Homme for work and its been great. The scent lasts throughout long hours in the office and Ive even received a few compliments from colleagues during the day. The price is also very reasonable for the quality. Ill definitely be trying more of the mens and unisex fragrances from the collection.

Amazing quality for the price

Khole is honestly top class. The scent smells incredibly close to the real designer fragrance but at a fraction of the price. Spending a few hundred pounds on designer perfumes was starting to feel like a lot, so I amm really glad I came across Maison Nuvare.
You can tell the notes have been blended very well because the fragrance smells almost identical to the original. The oil format also seems to sit better on the skin and lasts longer throughout the day. I havee already received a few compliments while wearing it.
Really impressed with the quality and I am looking forward to trying more fragrances from the collection.

My new everyday scent

I tried a few fragrances from the Maison Nuvare collection and Rouge 540 was definitely one of my favourites. The scents are very close to the designer versions and they last really well throughout the day. The bottles are also very convenient to carry. I will definitely be adding a few of these to my daily rotation.

Tested in extreme conditions

I recently tried Avid and was genuinely impressed by the quality. The fragrance smells great and the packaging feels very premium with no compromise on quality.
As someone who enjoys hiking, I decided to take the bottle with me on a trip to Mont Blanc in Chamonix, South France earlier this January. Despite the cold and snowy conditions, the bottle held up perfectly. The label stayed intact, the bottle didnt get damaged even after being dropped in the snow, and the fragrance itself held its scent really well.
Having personally known the founder and seen the journey behind Maison Nuvare, Im very pleased with the product and the attention to detail. Ive already requested the mens collection for myself.
